By downloading or playing KICK RIDER ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play — though we'd rather you played.
Novarch LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store terms (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where our terms are silent).
Coins, legs, outfits, honors, ranks, and every other in-game item are virtual. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for real money or anything outside the game, and may be adjusted for balance in updates. Progress lives only on your device — deleting the app deletes it.
Clips you record belong to you. When you share them, you're responsible for where they go. The KICK RIDER watermark may appear in recordings.
Don't decompile, tamper with, or misrepresent the game or its assets, and don't use them in ways that suggest Novarch endorses your content when it doesn't.
KICK RIDER is a cartoon fantasy. Do not kick vehicles, ride against traffic, or attempt anything from the game on a real road. Nothing in the game is advice, instruction, or encouragement to do so.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novarch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update the game and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued play means acceptance.
