Privacy Policy

The short version

LAST SEEN has no accounts, no sign-in, and no tracking SDKs. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The only thing the app ever reports is anonymous, aggregate gameplay tallies — for example, how many cases were closed that day — with no names, identifiers, or device information attached.

On your device

Case progress, grades, rank, credits, settings, and the signature mark you draw at the oath are stored only in the app on your phone, using the system's local storage. They never leave the device unless you send them to us yourself.

Anonymous tallies

To understand which cases players enjoy, the app occasionally sends event counters (such as “case opened” or “case closed with grade A”) to our server. These are aggregate numbers with no user identifier, no device identifier, no IP-based profile, and no way to connect them to you.

When you email us

If you tap Send Feedback, the mail app may attach a diagnostics report (app version, iOS version, and basic game state like credits and which cases have saves) so we can reproduce bugs. You see the whole email before sending and can delete the attachment. We only use it to answer you.

Purchases

Apple processes any purchases. We never see your card details. We may receive anonymous confirmation that a purchase completed, to unlock what you bought.

Children

The game contains crime fiction and is intended for players 12 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
