# Get help with Skyliner.

## How do I play?

Tap anywhere to drop the floor the crane is carrying. There are no buttons and nothing else to learn. The block falls straight down, keeping the angle it was hanging at, so the whole skill is letting go when it lines up with the tower.

## Why did my tower fall over?

Because it genuinely couldn't stand. Every joint has to carry the weight above it, so if you keep stacking toward one edge, at some point the load sits over nothing and the column gives way. A wobbly tower is fine — a tower that leans the same direction for ten floors is not.

## The block is swinging too fast to hit

The tower sways more the more crooked it is, so a clean tower is genuinely easier to keep building. If it's still too much, the Depot sells a **Steady Cable** that shortens the swing and a **Wind Anchor** that damps the sway, both paid for with coins you earn by playing.

## I lost my progress

Progress is saved on your device only — there is no cloud save. Deleting the app, or moving to a new phone without an encrypted backup, will lose it. We genuinely cannot recover it from our side, because we never had a copy.

## Change or remove my leaderboard name

Tap the pencil on the Ranks screen to change your builder name; the board updates the next time your best improves. To have an entry deleted entirely, email us the name and the short tag next to it (for example `moth#7K2Q`) and we'll remove it.

## Two players on one phone

Versus splits the screen and turns the top half upside down, so you sit opposite each other with the phone flat between you. Tap your own half to drop. Both sides get an identical crane regardless of what either of you has bought.

## Remove the ads

Open Settings (the gear at the top left of the title screen) and tap **Remove ads**. One purchase takes away the banners and the ads between runs, for good, on every device signed in to your Apple Account. Reward videos stay, so you can still choose to watch one for coins.

## I bought Remove Ads and still see ads

Open Settings and tap **Restore purchase**. That asks the App Store for your purchase again. If it still says nothing was found, make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with.

## Ad privacy choices

Skyliner's ads come from Google. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears before any ad, and you can reopen it from Settings under **Privacy choices for ads**. Everywhere, iOS lets you turn tracking off in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking; the game works the same either way.

## The daily gift

The gift icon on the title screen opens a seven-day calendar and three goals that change at midnight, your time. Collect a gift on consecutive days and it grows, up to 500 coins on day seven. Miss a day and the week starts again.

## Sound isn't working

There's a mute button in the top right of the title screen, and separate sound, music and rumble switches in the pause menu. Skyliner also respects the physical silent switch.

## Something is broken

Email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
