Information We Use
KeepOrBin accesses the photos and videos in your photo library so
you can review, sort, compress, and delete them. This media is used
only to provide the cleanup features you request, and all processing
happens locally on your device.
The app stores small preferences with UserDefaults, such as whether
you have seen onboarding and your in-app cleanup progress. Your
device's free, used, and video storage totals are written to a
private App Group so the optional Home Screen widget can display
them; this data stays on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
KeepOrBin does not collect, sell, or share personal information.
Your photos, videos, and storage details are processed locally and
are never uploaded to a server by the app.
KeepOrBin does not use third-party tracking, advertising
identifiers, analytics SDKs, or tracking domains.
Deleting and Compressing Media
When you delete photos or videos, the app uses Apple's system photo
APIs, which show their own confirmation before anything is removed.
When you compress a video, KeepOrBin re-encodes it on your device
and replaces the original only after a smaller copy has been created
and verified.
Purchases
KeepOrBin offers a one-time purchase to unlock its premium tools.
Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple through the App
Store and StoreKit; the app does not receive or store your payment
information.
