1. Acceptance of Terms

KeepOrBin is an iOS app published by Novarch LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

KeepOrBin lets you review and sort the photos and videos in your photo library, compress large videos to reclaim space, and delete items you no longer want. All processing runs locally on your device; the app does not require an account and does not upload your media.

3. Your Media & Permanent Actions

You are responsible for the photos and videos you choose to keep, compress, or delete. Deleting media and compressing videos are permanent actions. Deletions are carried out through Apple's system photo APIs, and video compression re-encodes a file on your device and replaces the original after a smaller copy has been created and verified.

We strongly recommend keeping a current backup (for example, via iCloud Photos or a computer) before deleting or compressing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or quality resulting from your use of the app.

4. Purchases

KeepOrBin's core cleaning features are free. Some features are unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases and any restores are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; we do not receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Estimated savings shown before compression are approximate and actual results may vary by video.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novarch LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

7. Acceptable Use

Use KeepOrBin only with media you own or are authorized to manage, and only in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

8. Changes & Apple's Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
