Information We Collect

Ledgerly does not collect your wallet balances, transactions, budgets, goals, assets, liabilities, investment records, or other personal financial records. That data is stored locally on your device and is used by the App to provide its features.

1. Financial and App Data Stored on Your Device

   You may choose to enter information into the App, including:

   • Wallet names, wallet types, currencies, and balances
   • Transactions, transfers, categories, notes, and filters
   • Monthly budgets, budget limits, and budget alert settings
   • Saving goals, target amounts, deadlines, and contributions
   • Manual assets, receivables, investments, and liabilities
   • Main currency, exchange-rate choices, saved rates, and home screen preferences
   • Optional keys or settings you add for online price features

   This information stays on your device and is not collected by Novarch LLC during normal app use.

2. Optional Online Request Data

   Ledgerly only needs internet access for optional online features, including exchange rates, live prices, stock or crypto search, and AI features. These requests may include only what the feature needs, such as currencies, asset names, search text, or AI prompts you choose to send.

3. Beta and Support Information

   If you join the Android beta, submit a tester form, or contact us for support, we may receive the information you provide, such as your Google account email, feedback, bug reports, screenshots, Telegram handle, or other details included in your message.

4. Store and Problem Reports

   Apple, Google Play, and your device may provide install, crash, purchase, or performance information under their own privacy policies. Ledgerly does not require a Novarch LLC account and does not keep your financial records in a company cloud account.

5. Permissions

   The App may request access to notifications so it can provide budget alerts and goal reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

1. To Provide Main App Features

   The App uses data stored on your device to provide accounts, spending records, transfers, budgets, saving goals, saved assets, investment tracking, net worth, reports, backup, and restore features. Novarch LLC does not receive this financial data during normal offline use.

2. To Provide Optional Online Features

   If you use official exchange rates, live crypto prices, stock prices, stock search, or AI features, the App may send limited request data to the service that provides that feature. For AI features, this may include the prompt, text, or details you choose to submit. You should not submit sensitive financial details to AI features unless you are comfortable sending that selected information to the AI service.

3. To Communicate With You

   We may use information you submit through beta forms, support channels, or feedback forms to manage tester access, respond to questions, look into issues, and provide product-related notices.

4. To Maintain Safety and Compliance

   We may use limited information to prevent misuse, fix problems, protect our rights, follow the law, and enforce applicable terms or app store rules.

Sharing Your Information

Novarch LLC does not collect, sell, or rent your Ledgerly financial records. Limited information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

1. With Your Consent

   We may share information when you choose to export, back up, restore, send, submit to an AI feature, or otherwise share it through your device or another service.

2. With Service Providers

   Optional services may process limited request data needed to provide exchange rates, crypto prices, stock prices, search suggestions, AI responses, app store delivery, beta forms, problem reports, or support.

3. For Legal Compliance

   We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Novarch LLC, users, or others.

Data Security

We use reasonable protections appropriate to an app that stores your main records on your device. However, no method of electronic storage, device storage, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, device passcode, operating system account, exported backup files, and any cloud storage location where you choose to save backups.

Your Choices

You can manage your information and privacy choices through the App and your device settings, including:

• Creating, editing, or deleting Ledgerly records in the App
• Choosing official or manual exchange-rate mode
• Choosing whether to refresh optional market prices
• Choosing whether to use optional AI features
• Enabling or disabling budget and goal notifications
• Exporting or importing manual backup files
• Deleting exported backup files from locations where you saved or shared them
• Uninstalling the App to remove local app data from your device

Subscription Services

If Ledgerly offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Novarch LLC does not directly receive or store your full payment card details. Apple and Google process payments, refunds, subscriptions, billing history, and related account data under their own privacy policies and terms.

Backup and Data Storage

Ledgerly stores core financial data on your device. Novarch LLC does not collect these records during normal app use. Manual backups may contain your accounts, spending records, budgets, goals, saved entries, settings, and other App data. If you save a backup to iCloud, Google Drive, local files, email, messaging apps, or another destination, that destination's privacy and security practices apply.

AI Features

Ledgerly may include optional AI features that require internet access. AI features are not required for basic money tracking. When you use an AI feature, the App may send the prompt, text, or details you provide to an AI service so it can return a response. Novarch LLC does not use AI features to collect your complete financial records by default.

Analytics and Problem Reports

Ledgerly does not require analytics to provide its main money tracking features. App stores, your device, or optional problem reporting tools may provide crash logs, performance information, device model, operating system version, app version, and related app data. This information is used to understand problems, improve stability, and maintain the App. It is not used to build an advertising profile from your financial records.

Marketing and Communication Opt-In

Ledgerly does not require a marketing email subscription to use the App. If you submit a beta form, support request, feedback form, or otherwise opt in to product communications, we may contact you about beta access, support follow-up, feature updates, launch information, or Ledgerly-related notices. You may opt out by using the unsubscribe option where provided or by contacting us through the published support channel.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy on this page or through another appropriate product or store channel. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
