Frequently asked
A few helpful answers.
Is Oxylittle medical advice?
No. Oxylittle is a personal health log. Oxy’s AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Use your records to share context with your care team, and speak with a qualified professional about health decisions.
Why does Apple Health data not appear?
Check that Oxylittle has permission to read the relevant data in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Also check that the readings are present in Apple Health. Available data depends on your device, its supported features, and the permissions you choose.
Can I use Oxylittle in an emergency?
No. Oxylittle does not provide emergency alerts or a response service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
How do I request deletion or privacy help?
Email yohannesakhaile@novarch.lol with your request. You do not need to include your health records to start a conversation. See the Privacy Policy for more about data and your choices.
Why am I not getting reminders?
Check your reminder preferences in Oxylittle and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Focus modes and notification settings can affect when reminders appear. Reminders are for personal routines, not urgent health events.
Can Oxylittle measure my oxygen or heart rate?
Oxylittle helps you log readings and review authorized Apple Health context. The app itself does not measure blood oxygen or heart rate.
Oxylittle is for personal tracking and awareness. It is not a medical device and is not intended for emergencies.
It does not replace professional medical care.
