Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Dead Time app by Novarch LLC. Using the app means you accept them.

License

Your use of the app is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here. Where these terms add to it, both apply.

Subscriptions and purchases

Dead Time PRO is available as an auto-renewing weekly subscription (with an introductory free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Trials convert to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Not medical advice

Dead Time provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Exercise carries inherent risk; you are responsible for exercising within your limits, in a safe space, and stopping if something hurts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novarch LLC is not liable for injuries arising from your use of the app.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it where local law forbids it.

Your data

The app stores your data on your device only. See the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted at this address before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
