Novarch LLC

Smash Hour — Terms of Use

Effective October 2026

These terms cover your use of Smash Hour, made by Novarch LLC. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement controls for anything about the App Store.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Smash Hour on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

2. It's free

This version has no purchases, no subscriptions and no ads.

3. Your replays and scores

Replay videos and score cards are made on your device and belong to you. Share them wherever you like. If you post them, you're responsible for what you post and where.

4. The obvious one

Smash Hour is a cartoon game about traffic chaos. Every crash in it is made up. In real life, drive carefully and never interfere with traffic.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Novarch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
