These apps are for serious app scalers: buyers who will put marketing money behind an app and grow it. If you are looking for a side project to leave as it is, they are not for you.
Could you build one yourself, or vibe-code it? Yes, and if that is your plan, do it. What you cannot generate is the head start:
Buying an app that is already through all of it can be quicker than starting from scratch.

Could you build one yourself, or vibe-code it? Yes, and if that is your plan, do it. What you cannot generate is the head start. Each app's name is already taken on the App Store, where names are unique. Each one has passed App Review and has been live for months, with versions shipped and, for some, ratings and reviews. A new app has none of that, and Apple's App Review Guidelines (guideline 4.3(b), page last updated 16 October 2026) reject new apps that are indistinguishable from what is already widely available. Apple keeps raising the bar for new submissions: in 2026 it added age-rating questions about social media (required since September), new rules for product-page creative assets, and stricter rules against bait-and-switch apps (16 October). Buying an app that is already through all of it can be quicker than starting from scratch.
